Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science & Technology Co. Ltd is a joint-stock bearing manufacturer established in 2001 by the third-line enterprise, Tianshui Hailin Bearing Factory, which was built in 1966, as the main body shareholder. There are more than 1100 employees, the annual production and sales are more than 800 million yuan, and the export sales amounts to 50 million US dollars. The company specializes in producing more than 1000 varieties of tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings, and some specific bearings that are using in new energy vehicles and precision machine tools. It is the largest manufacturer and supplier of tapered roller bearings in China with the most complete varieties and products ranges both in inch and metric series. Tapered roller bearings are HL’s major products, its production capability, output, quality level and technical forces are at top level in Chinese bearing industries. HL products are widely used in domestic and overseas OEM markets of heavy-duty vehicles, electric motors, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, metallurgical and petrochemical machinery, military industry as well as various types of gear boxes and machine tools and have won the title of “excellent products” in the national industrial sampling inspection for many times. At present, the products accuracy can reach the international level of P6 and P5. In January 2006, Hailin obtained the ISO/TS16949 standard quality management system certification issued by the German TUV company, and in October 2017, it completed the renewal audit of the IATF16949:2016 quality management system.

Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has a subsidiary company - Tianshui Hailin Import & Export Corp., which is mainly responsible for Hailin's overseas sales. In addition to bearings, its export products have expanded to auto parts, standard parts, hardware tools, machine tools, mechanical equipment, engineering machinery, construction machinery and electrical appliances etc.
In November 2018, the “Hailin Relocation and Transformation Industrial Technology Upgrade Project” was implemented with an investment of 1.056 billion yuan, it was asked to complete all project construction within 2 years. It now has been relocated from Tianshui City to Shetang Industrial Park in Tianshui Economic and Technological Development Zone. The new factory area has four modern production plants and four auxiliary buildings including a technology center and a staff apartment building, covering an area of 216,000 square meters (approximately 325 acres). It added more than 900 sets of domestic and foreign intelligent processing equipment, fully realizing the on-line processing, on-line inspection, on-line assembling and on-line packaging and can produce more than 30 million sets of various types of high-precision and high-performance bearings. It is expected that the sales revenue will be 1.5 to 2 billion yuan at the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
